Getting started with PickTime
PickTime turns your services and availability into a simple customer booking flow. Follow these steps to get your page ready and start sharing it.
The setup path
A quick overview
You can adjust your services, hours, and booking page later. The first setup is about giving PickTime enough information to show useful appointment windows.
Start with your email address and use the one-time code we send you to access PickTime.
Add the services you offer and the hours when customers can request an appointment.
Enable your public booking page once the essentials are ready, then copy its link.
Add the link to your website, social profiles, email signature, or anywhere customers find you.
Step 1
Go to PickTime and enter the email address you want to use for your business. We will send a one-time sign-in code to that inbox. Enter the code to create your account or return to an existing one.
After your first sign-in, PickTime takes you through the setup walkthrough. You do not need to create or remember a password.
Register or sign inStep 2
PickTime uses a few practical details to build availability around the way you actually work. Complete each item in Settings before sharing your booking page.
Your business name and starting location help PickTime understand where your day begins and how to plan realistic travel between jobs.
Give the service a clear name, add an optional description, and set the expected duration. Customers will choose from your active job types when they book.
Choose the days and working hours you accept appointments. Add booking windows and a travel buffer so the times customers see leave room for the work and the drive to get there.
Step 3
Open Settings, choose Booking page, and enable customer bookings when your setup is complete. PickTime generates a public URL for your business that customers can open without signing in.
Your link should be easy to recognize
picktime.com/book/your-business
Copy the exact URL PickTime gives you. The example above shows the shape of a booking link, not a link to use as-is.
When someone opens your page, they enter the service address, choose a job type, see available windows that account for travel, and submit a booking request.
Once it is live
The customer does not need a PickTime account. They open your link, enter the service address, choose the service they need, and select from the windows your schedule can support.
PickTime uses the address to account for travel in the available windows.
Customers see the active job types you have created.
The request appears in your PickTime schedule for confirmation or approval.
Register with your email, complete the essentials, and share one link customers can use whenever they need you.
